I have an abusive buyer

I sent a tracked item to a buyer in WA, unfortunately it looks like Australia Post has delayed its arrival. Now getting item not received case request and abusive, foul messages from buyer. Cant seem to get hold of anyone at eBay to help and cant report buyer until case is closed.

Tracking information shows the whole picture, but its out of my control.

Have you responded to the case with the tracking number and tracking information that shows the item is in transit?
