I have a strange problem and I need help.
I bought a console recently, and it took one extra day to arrive after eBay marked it as delivered (it was shipped by USPS, and since I didn’t know it could take longer, I panicked a bit). So on the day it didn’t arrive, I told eBay that it hadn’t arrived yet but that I still wanted it, and it showed me a message saying that if it didn’t arrive the next day, I should let them know.
The next day it arrived, and I didn’t notify eBay. Days went by, and I realized that in my bank account the money for the console I bought appeared again. I didn’t request a refund or anything. I asked the seller if they had received the money, but they didn’t reply.
The strange thing is that in PayPal, which was the payment method, the transaction doesn’t appear, but in my bank account it does show as PayPal eBay, and I don’t know what to do.
