I have a store. I need to move a current photo into one of my store categories

I really need help and cannot get a hold of technical support to help me. The assistant said to go to my store set up and select Upload from Computer. The picture size is right. I push Add Image on my storefront, and it won't take the picture. I need help.

@vickcunningha9 What is the format of the photo? .jpg .heic .pdf .png I know it will allow jpg and will NOT allow pdf What is the exact message you see when you try to add the photo to your category?
