I have a seller saying I can't use PayPal unless the amount is over 3000. They want Apple gift card.
I can't see the sellers id.Â
I think asking for 1500 in gift cards is strange.Â
Not accepting PayPal for that amount seems like fraud.Â

Mentor2 years ago@tarafina17  SCAM! Is this listing on eBay? If so then you should report the seller.  You will have NO buyer protection this way and the scammer will just take your gift card money and disappear. Â
Â
ALL payments are made using eBay checkout unless you are buying a vehicle then you pay cash or bank transfer in person after you inspect it.  You can pay using any of the methods on the listing and eBay processes the payment. Â

The seller has violated one of eBay’s policies>  Seller offered to sell a listed item outside of eBay
Â
Then in the box state how the seller wanted you to pay only using gift cards and not eBay checkout. Â
