I have a request for a return from a buyer and it is over my 30 day return policy. Doesn't fit

I am a top rated seller and I don't want a negative review if I don't accept the return. This is the first time I had a return request over my 30 day return policy. Can I just decline the return and have negative feedback removed if they leave it.
