I have a question too complex for AI. I need to talk to customer service, and I can't get through.
I finally found a way to get eBay to call me, but when they called I didn't get to the phone quickly enough and voice mail picked it up. They hung up immediately, and now I can no longer get to the page where I can ask them to call me.
I have a complex question that the AI is not programmed for and need to talk to eBay. What can I do?

OP1 year agoThank you for your help. It was necessary to speak with eBay directly, since it had to do with a possible rules violation that could theoretically have caused me to have account issues. It was a very unusual situation. Thanks to you, I was able to speak to eBay and resolve the matter.
