I have a question. As a seller do we have to use the shipping label that they offer us.?
I have found a few times that the post office is cheaper. Other wise they charge us 6.95 for shipping . as a example l sold a blouse for $12. OK then they took 2.00 for promoting the item . and it costs 2.00 to print the label plus 6.95 for shipping and there is the handling charge $1. So in the end its like 12.oo and that's the price lt sold for. I paid 4.52 @ the postoffice

Mentor8 months agoNot sure where you are actually trying to print the shipping label. eBay has no fee to print a shipping label or any handling charge for using the eBay shipping center. You also receive a discount on the shipping label (except for Media Mail labels) so the post office should not cost more for the label.
I do not see that this user id has sold a blouse recently so I cannot look at the original listing to see what shipping service you placed on the listing.

Mentor8 months agoIf you take a package to the post office, it will be more expensive than printing on eBay *if you have entered the correct size and weight of the package when you list.
The post office uses "counter rates" and eBay gives you "online rates" With the exception of media mail, USPS online rates are less expensive.
It sounds like you may have entered incorrect data for calculated shipping if you are paying less at the post office.
You also have a setting where you can charge the buyer the discounted rate or the counter rate. This is a setting in your seller account. If you charge online rates and take it to the post office, you will pay more.
