I have a question ab Authenticity and the fee.
Ebay gives their customers the option to pay for authenticity if the cost isnt $2000. For example theirs a bracelet for auction that I believe is a knock off "I could be wrong" and you can pay $40 to have it authenticated. My question is if I pay the $40 and the item is a knock off will I be refunded for the $40 or do I lose that. I feel if a seller is selling something and guaranteeing it to be authentic and it turns out that its not they should be responsible for the payment. Can anybody help me with this?
