I have a payout on hold for authentication. How long does this generally take?
Sold a baseball card graded PSA 10 a week ago, and its on hold for authentication. I originally bought the card on ebay about 5 months ago. Not sure why this card was put on hold for authentication ( buyers request? ). Anyway, I wasn't sure how long this generally takes. Thanks for helping.

Mentor1 year agoNo. The buyer does not request authentication. If the trading card falls within certain guidelines, the Authenticity Guarantee applies. I looked at your past sales, and only this one card included the Authenticity Guarantee. With the holiday rush, I have no idea how long it will take the authenticator to process and get the card to you.
