I have a late shipment but the item was never received. Can I take that off my report.
The customer purchased a teapot in June of 2023 and to this day has not received it. I have filed two complaints with the postal service. One complaint was closed due to it being from the city and state the buyer is in and the one I filed from my city and state is in limbo. I have refunded the buyer in full. Is there a way I can get that late shipment off my report. It hasn't hurt my Top Rated status but it is by no fault of mine and it's bothersome.
Any suggestion is appreciated. I have been on ebay selling since May 2023 so I don't know a lot of the help navigations.

Mentor2 years agoLate shipment means you didn't ship within your handling time - it is not related to when or if the item was delivered.
Unfortunately, you have to file an insurance claim to get your money back from USPS within 60 days, so you missed that deadline. Be sure to act sooner if this happens again.
