I have a item that i dropped at usps but tracking isnt updating.
I went to the post office and they assured me it on the way to the buyer. Is there any way to update that the item shipped out?

Mentor8 months agoYour buyer can't see a receipt. Did you add the tracking number to your order on eBay? This needs to be done so there is proof of shipping. You can buy your shipping through eBay and save money, plus the tracking number is updated automatically.

OP8 months agoI did by the label through ebay and it should automatically update but is not. And obviously I know that a buyer can't see a receipt. But thank you so much for letting me know that

Mentor8 months agoSo you didn't wait to get an acceptance scan? No, there is no way to update the item. If you have the tracking number, you can see if it moves. Always get the acceptance scan.
