Hello, i have a question, i bought an item from ebay, The maximum estimated delivery time is August 6. I spoke with the seller and he told me that since he does not have the item at that time, he is going to send it starting next week and that in this way the service of authencity guarantee from ebay will get the sneakers more days later than expected , so that the item It would be in my hands approximately August 17. Is there any risk that they will scam me out of my money and I will not review the product?. Help me please

I would not trust the seller.

If/when the latest estimated date of delivery, as shown in your Purchase History, has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history

Select â€œMore actionsâ€ beside your item and then â€œI didn't receive it.â€
Click the box beside I want a refund.
Select Send request.

If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchase History
Select See request details
Select â€œAsk eBay to step in.â€

Ebay Customer Service does not have email.

There is no reason to contact them. Follow the instructions if you do not receive your purchase.

And would you recommend that I wait a week after the delivery date as the seller told me? Or better, don't expect anything and request the refund on August 7th.
