I have a dispute
Hello I have an issue with a seller. I purchased a Moist & Dry Heating Pad with Auto Shut off Heating Pad for Neck, Shoulder, Back and I wanted to return it. I contacted the seller and they refused my return but on there selling page it says 30 day money back guarantee. I should be able to return the item for a full refund. I don't know how to go about disputing this.

Mentor1 year agoeBay's 30 day Money Back Guaranty does not apply to all situations. This is why it is important to know why you want to return the item.

OP1 year agoThe heating pad was very uncomfortable. I know that's like saying I didn't like it but I don't have a better answer. Even Amazon will let you return it if you don't like it.
