I have a couple of problems with something I ordered on Ebay.
I ordered a poster on Ebay and the seller is no longer registered, in fact they left maybe 2 days after I ordered the poster. Not only that the poster I got in the mail today is different than the poster shown in the posting I order from, there are words in a large font across the top of the poster I got in the mail that isn't in what was in the posting I ordered from. Is it still possible for me to get a refund or any of my money back at all since the seller is no longer registered?
Thank You!

Mentor2 years ago@bagenterprises I would contact eBay customer service for assistance since the seller was removed by eBay. Sellers can not close their own accounts within 60 days of a sale.
Here's how to contact eBay customer service:
eBay agents are working from home so you have to request a call back or live chat.
1. CLICK THIS LINK:
https://www.ebay.com/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid
2. Request a call back
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.

https://www.facebook.com/ebay
Then if eBay can't help contact your bank or credit card for a chargeback for an item that is significantly not as described.
