I have a charge on my credit card that says Ebay and numbers, but no purchase on my account
How do I contact someone @ Ebay to help with this?
Maybe I have another account? It's possible...?

Mentor3 years agoIs it possible that you made the purchase as a guest?
Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request.
