i have a charge on my account and i cannot get anyone to help me
i called a phone number for customer service, there are no agents. I have a charge on my account that I don't recognize, it may be fraudulent. I have the order number (I found on my PayPal account). I want to know what this charge is for. How do I get someone to send me that information.

OP3 years agoi don't see a refund in that same amount in the following days, so it probably wasn't a cancelled order.

Oftentimes Ebay members come here with the same problem and it is difficult to advise them. The answer Ebay CS gave you could help us help other members.

OP3 years agoeBay sometimes erases purchases from the account for some reason, when an order was cancelled or such. This could have happened in this case but I have no way of knowing. That's why I wanted eBay to look up the order number I found in my PayPal account to see what it was for.

Have you checked your Purchase History for recent orders?
