Payment was to be release on Dec. 17. Then Dec. 18. Now, Dec. 24. Buyer ignores both text messages and emails to acknowledge receipt. What options do I have, other than reporting the buyer? eBay doesn't seem disposed to release my funds, and I think this borders on fraud.
