I have a buyer who says I can't ship to Hong Kong
I have never tried before, but I have a buyer saying I cannot ship to Hong Kong, even though I have Ebay international shipping, and no exclusions. All it is is a Pokemon card.

eBay Standard Envelope can NOT be combined with the eBay International Shipping Program.
Also if you decide to direct ship Internationally be aware that you are responsible for all refund requests. Some countries do not have tracking delivery confirmation unless you use priority mail.

Neither your baseball or pokemon cards show Hong Kong or China for places you ship to. You might want to double check your countries in your Shipping preferences.
What International shipping method do you have selected? It looks like you are using eBay's ESE for domestic shipping.

OP1 year agoHello, I use ebay international shipping. Let me see if I can add Hong Kong.

OP1 year agoHello again, where would I add locations using the ebay international shipping?

You can turn regions and countries on or off here but as @comics-scifi-collectibles mentioned, you can't use the eBay Standard Envelope with eBay's International Shipping program. Please read their post, you may be better off just selling cards domestically unless you change things up on your account and that might drive your domestic shipping costs up using something other than the ESE. Exclude shipping locations
Let me add that you have sold 363 items in the last 90 days, losing one customer from Hong Kong is not a deal breaker, at least that's how I would look at it.
