I have a buyer that received the wrong item. I must of obviously mixed up my mailing labels.
I issued a refund right away, and a return mailing label. They were very understanding, and actually want to rebuy the brass candle sticks once I get those back. They were going to mail back the wrong item to me today. And don’t know where the the return mailing label is. They asked for me to resend it. How do I do that?

Mentor1 year ago@afterlife24 Once you issue a refund the buyer can no longer access the return label from the ebay case.
You need to go to partship.com and buy a return shipping label save it as JPG image and send it in ebay messages as a image.
