I have a buyer for a restricted item from Saudi Arabia. Is this a scam or worth the paperwork?

I'm just a casual seller. This is an electronics item. I'm seeing things online about scams and customs headaches. I'd love some advice from someone with more experience.

It appears your are enrolled in the eBay International Shipping Program (eIS). In looking at this listing, Saudi Arabia is not on the list of countries that eIS will ship this item to. That country might have regulations that prevent it. So it's the item being blocked not the country.

I would let the Buyer know all this. I would not try to ship it direct. You would lose almost all your Seller Protections.
