I have a buyer claiming an ad was fradulent
I have a buyer that claims that a watch I sold her 22 months ago was not solid gold. She is now demanding her money back and she says she will return the watch. Im afraid that the watch is different than the one I sold her. She is threatening me. What can I do?

Based on the details in your post, this Buyer no longer has any recourse through eBay. The eBay return policy is 30 days.
I would stop communicating with her. EBay now has a Report feature within eBay messaging. It will either be under the Action menu or under the three dots in the upper right of her messages. I would only report the most threatening one. EBay can then read the rest. You also have the option to block her in your Account Settings under Buyer Management.

Mentor1 year agoI'm not sure how she thinks she can return an item after 22 months. Does she even have your address?
The only catch would be if her payment processor will allow a chargeback after that long. If that happens, you might lose your watch and your money.
I don't think 22 months is a very realistic time frame to do a chargeback, but just wanted you to know it may be an option.
I would tell her that too much time has passed.
