I have a Basic Store Limited to 15 items
I have an ebay basic store. I cannot list more than 15 items. I can create the listing and see it in my listings but it does not appear in on my Store or See Sellers Items pages.
Is there a limit I set somewhere? I had the Starter account and updated it to the Basic store recently. I have 15 items listed. I try to create a new listing it will show in my listed items on my seller page but does not show in my store, search, or other items page.
Am I missing something?

Mentor2 years agoOK, it isn't a limit issue 🙂
New listings can take up to 24 hours to appear in search - perhaps you are just seeing the delay?
If it shows in your active items, it should be visible soon.
Can you reply with the item # of one of the items not showing in search? Click on the item, then off to the right is the item #.

OP2 years agoNo idea what has happened but now I can post more than 15... so weird.

·2 years agoAs a newis seller you will have some listing limit. Opening a store doesn't change that.

Mentor2 years agoSellers have personal selling limits that are not changed when you subscribe to a store. On your selling home page you should see 2 boxes - one with your ‘promotional’ insertions included with your store, the other has your personal selling limits in items and $ value.
