I have 0 selling limit and cannot request to increase
Has anyone run into this problem?
I currently 0 selling limit and cannot request to increase. When I request, it says "you need to increase your sales volume before you can request". But I have a 0 selling limit.
Does ebay have a live customer service for sellers anymore? It seems to be blocked by some policy, but there is no way to for me to request a review.
