If you sold the item with shipping the eBay system is expecting a tracking number for the transaction. Short of that go to the Sold item, use the pull down menu on the left and look for the "Mark as shipped" choice and click that. Your funds might be held for a period of time depending on sale amount.
Years ago I did that, I sold an item with shipping but the customer was local so I dropped it off, they were pleased, I had to tell them I would be sending a small box to them to satisfy eBay's tracking requirement, they understood but appreciated the partial refund I gave them for shipping costs. Of course way back then a First Class small package for Sellers was under $ 3 ...
