i HAD TO CHANGE MY SHIPPING METHIOD, PROBLEMS WITH PAYMENT
I need someone to contact me regarding an item I sold. order# 08-12449-63181 I had to change shipping from USPS to FED EX (new tracking number is) 770884303236. Client has received the package but I need to let ebay know what the new shipping method is . PLEASE CALL ME 704-577-6643

Follow the instructions that @disneyshopper has provided and for the future MAKE SURE you either print your labels through eBay so Tracking uploads to the sold file for your protection automatically OR if you pay at the counter take the receipt with tracking back home and manually type it on the sold transaction. This is for YOUR protection and for eBay to see through tracking that an item has been delivered.

Go to your Sold transaction. When you see the tracking number, click EDIT and enter the new tracking number for the Fed Ex delivery. You will need to void/cancel the USPS label.

You have 28 days from date of printing to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks when they have determined the label was never used.
