I had someone bid on my item I accept his offer for 4000 but to end listings there was no options
I ended auction then couldn't get a hold of buyer to complete sale no tools to sell item at 4000. So no sale eBay ripped me off for 560 $ valuation fee eBay stole from me

I don’t see any ended auction that would have cost you a $560 eBay fee. What is the Item Number?
Sellers are charged a fee for ending an auction that has bid(s) on it … with the fee being commensurate with the highest showing bid … but no ended auction shows a bid that would lead to a $560 fee.
Could you have purchased a Reserve on that auction … maybe inadvertently?

Mentor11 months agoHow was the offer made? Did they just send you a message with the offer or did your listing have the Make Offer option? If they just sent you a message the offer meant nothing as you cannot do offers through the message system at this time (but coming soon). If the offer was made through a listing with the make offer option then the acceptance was conditional on the buyer paying for the item. Just ending an auction listing does not confirm an offer.
What was the item number so we can see how the listing was made?
