I had someone ask for a refund and I can’t figure out how to contact an actual eBay employee.

I requested that the person can get a refund but they have to ship the item back. They kept the item and their money. They said the item was damaged but in the pictures there’s nothing wrong. How can I contact someone?

Typically, if the seller wants the item back, the seller issues a return label and then refunds only when the item has been received by the seller. Once the refund has been made, any link to a return label stops working, and the buyer is under no legal obligation to return the item.
