They told me that the shipping label was accidently switched ,and sure enough I received a Gucci suitcase. I got a refund for the shoes. And the people got a refund for the suitcase . [Removed by moderator] got his account frozen. And then reinstated. I still have his suitcase.

Please advise. It's not my suitcase. And I haven't heard from the person .They did tell me it was 75.00 to ship the suitcase .

If you were already refunded, you are not required to return the incorrect item.

The seller could have handled this differently so that you got your shoes, and the other buyer got their suitcase.

eBay isn't going to send the money to the seller.

Yes, you can sell the suitcase on eBay.

You can then decide what to do with the sales proceeds (donate to charity, mail a check to the seller, etc.)

But please wait 6 months before you send any money since your buyer could file a chargeback.
