The last sale showing on your account here was on September 30th, was that the one or was it more recent? On the one you are talking about how many different Buyers were bidding? You can open the listing and click the bid number and the bid history page will open up for you. ALL Bidders will be listed there.
While it may be a misplaced listing as @eburtonlab mentions it could also be a situation where bid(s) were Retracted at the last minute and the auction ended without a winner. Just thinking out loud here.

Mentor11 months agoFrom time to time there are listings that wind up temporarily on the wrong list.
Most likely the listing will turn up on your sold list shortly without needing to do anything.
If you need to send an invoice, in past situations like this using a link on the bid history page has helped to nudge things along, I believe.
