I had an international sale that never showed up
Customer opened a case. Ebay notified me. I uploaded tracking.
No response from ebay when I asked for help.
I refunded buyer today as I had to resolve by today.
Since I purchased shipping from ebay, am I completely out for both the item and the shipping? I can get no response from ebay.
