I HAD A MIKE TYSON ROBE SENT HERE AND THE DRIVER THROUGH IT IN THE BUSHES BY MANAGER OFFICE
I BOUGHT A MIKE TYSON ROBE PAID OVER 400 BUCKS FOR IT AND IT WAS THROWN IN THE BUSHES INSTEAD OF TAKEN TO MY DOOR STEP TRHOWN IN BUSHES FAR AWAY FRO MY APARTMENT BY MANAGER OFFICE AND THEY KNOW THEY ARET SUPPOSED TO LEAVE ANYTHING THERE WELL THEY COULDNT FIND IT AND THEY WERE NOT GOING TO GIVE ME A REFUND THEY SAID IT WAS DELIVERED YEEAH HE THREW IT IN THE BUSHES AND THEN SAID IT WAS DELIVERED ONCE AGAIN EBAY WOULD NOT HELP AND RECENTLY THEY TRIED TO RIO ME OFF FOR 200 BUCKS ON MY BRITHDAY I BOUGHT A ALBUM AND CANCELED IT A MINUTE LATER WELL THEY LOST THAT TOO AND WERE NOT GOING TO GIVE MY MONEY BACK BUT Hd all the info so they had too . they take the side of the villain on eBay the good paying customers get treated with disrespect and the scammers get away with it I have been treated with nothing but disrespect 6 times now 6 bad items like the universal life jackets it wouldn't even fit a baby so they sent another one and it was the same size thats eBay they really helped me out now I have to go to Meijer or just start shopping at amazon eBay has gone down hill !! its bad bad customer service they dont punish scammer but the good guys get punished I think this is woke this site is being run by Joe biden !! the crooked Joe biden no wonder things are so bad now !!

Neither the seller nor Ebay has any control over where the delivery person phyically delivers the item. If the manager threw it in the bushes, take it up with your manager. Do you have a more secure location for deliveries, such as a locker or ??
In the case of the life jackets, you could have filed a Return Request stating "Item not as described" in order to receive a full refund.
No one in government has any control over the Ebay website.
