I had a listing for a Ruger rifle magazine even though many listings for the same item are live.
posted a listing for a Magpul P10 magazine for a Ruger Precision Rifle (single shot bolt action rifle) that works for either the .308 Winchester model or the 5.56 Nato model. Ebay was very heavy handed and removed the listing and sent me an automated message about how the item cannot be listed on Ebay due to policy regarding items considered to be parts for an assault weapon. I appealed and got another message similar to the first. I doubt that any actual person even looked at my case as there are MANY of the same item currently listed for sale on Ebay. Tried calling a phone number that I found on the internet but could only reach a chatbot that just hung up on me. Anyone have an idea how I can get to talk to a real person that can fix this?

Your story has been repeated many times over the years, other Sellers have the same thing listed but your is taken down. Those others listings may be listed intentionally wrong and they may wind up being removed in time or blocked if purchased, we've seen that happen too.
You are welcome to use the Report item link via the question mark in the lower right hand corner of the page on listings you think violate eBay policy.
