Change your eBay password immediately and examine your account details closely looking for changes to your contact info and shipping addresses. If you have social media accounts linked to your eBay account, change those passwords as well or unlink them. When you have restored your account, contact eBay from this page:

OP9 months agoI can't get any customer service from eBay..I contacted the seller to cancel immediately and no respond
I cancelled with PayPal and credit card
It's a shame after doing business with eBay I can't get any respond
