I had a buyer win an auction and then not pay - I reached out and he just never responded -
I went to report a buyer but the options were all not related to a buyer failing to complete a transaction - can i report or least leave negative feedback - seems like ebay does not want you to report buyers who fail to complete a purchase which to me is central to why we use ebay

Mentor5 months agoBuyers cannot receive negative feedback. The way to report an unpaid item is to cancel for non payment after 4 days.
