I had a buyer who bought a watch and after purchasing it told me to send it to a different address.
So when I asked ebay ai they said to cancel the order and have the buyer change his delivery address and then repurchase the item. Will this have a negative impact on my account?

No, it won’t as long as you select ‘problem with buyer’s address’ as the reason for cancellation.
