I had a buyer purchase an item listed as local pickup only and expects me to ship the item
The listing says local pickup only. The Item is 110lbs and needs to be shipped by motor freight, which I can't do. Besides the cost is $50 and the shipping will be $150 to $200 and that is if I could get it to a shipper which I can't. This cost me $7.15 to cancel. This is not my fault yet I have to pay. A rip off

When you refund a buyer, you have to pay the full refund, then eBay will relase the buyer’s payment and reverse the fees. There is no cancellation fee.
