I had a 100% positive on 199 transactions. Now I have 0% positive??

I hadn't sold on ebay in a while. I had a 100% positive on 199 transactions. Now it shows I have 0% positive on 199 transactions. How do I get this corrected?Thanks

There is nothing to correct. Your feedback percentage is calculated based on the last 12 months. You have not received any feedback within that period so your feedback percentage is now zero.. Once you receive a positive feedback (and not negatives or neutrals) you percentage will go back to 100%.
