I got two sets of fake gold rings from a seller.
I ordered a ring from a seller in June 2025. I got the ring a month later but it was the wrong size. I contacted the seller and they said they would send a replacement. It took a month and a half and when I got the ring, it was missing a stone. I gave up on the seller and took the ring to a jeweler to have it made into something else. He tested the rings and none of them were real gold but the ad for them said it was "solid gold". The items came damaged and were counterfeit. I tried to submit a complaint via the website and a text message but the report will not allow you to type in it and then it would not submit the report 2 times. This seller is a cheat and fraud. I want my money back. I contacted them and they refused. They said I waited too long but they took forever to send the items. Ebay is hosting a thief and they need to stop them from cheating people. I would like to know how to fix this and stop these people from cheating!!
