I got taken for over $400 by wacky fun shop.. paid and didn’t get my item or my refund.
eBay said it’s past 30 days and they are sorry but they can’t help me… they won’t even contact the seller or report it even though it’s documented in my account.. should I contact my credit card company and report it as fraudulent?

Mentor2 years agoIf you made a purchase and did not receive it, but you waited more than 30 days past the expected delivery, then yes, your next step would be to contact your card issuer and ask them to open a dispute for an item not received.
