I got screwed and Ebay refuses to do anything about it. I am sick of this coward run based site

Question

I purchased a remote that doesnt work my TV, I was told I would get a refund. I never got the refund and Ebay doesnt have a place where I can file a grievance. it just loops back to a screen that shows I got screwed. Stay away from consciouscomputers, they screwed me on transaction number 12-12623-97456. Ebay is too big of cowards to do anything about it.

Need a few details.

Did you file a Return Request on Ebay within 30 days from date of delivery?

If you did, and the seller did not provide a return shipping label or a refund, did you go back to your Return Request and clicked on the link to have Ebay step in to help you?

Go to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up to 30 days from receipt of the item. Select a reason. For Not as Described, you will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, s/he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
