Mentor11 months ago@ram_14659 eBay has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee for Buyer Purchase Protection. That Guarantee overrides an individual Seller's return policy.
If it's been 30 days or less since delivery, go to your Purchase History and open an Item Described refund request.
The Seller will have three business days to respond with either a prepaid return label or a refund. If they do not respond on time go back to your request and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.
You must open that refund request on eBay for eBay to get involved. The request must be opened within 30 days of delivery. After that you would need to open a chargeback with your payment company.
I'm sorry this happened to you.
