I got scammed by ebay seller and ebay removed my negative feedback
LEFT FEEDBACK FOR SELLER BEWARE ! PURCHASED Oreganol P73 ebay ON APRIL 23, 2025. SELLER PRINTED OUT LABEL ON SAME DAY. TODAY IS APRIL 30, 2025 AND SELLER STILL HAS NOT DROPPED OFF PACKAGE AT USPS. SELLER CLAIMS USPS 2 WEEK DELAY SHIPPING FROM UNION CITY TO GUTTENBERG 2 MILES AWAY YET SELLER NEVER SHIPPED THE ITEM & USPS REPORTS NO SUCH DELAYS. REQUEST TO SELLER FOR RECEIPT FROM POST OFFICE WHEN DROPPED OFF WAS IGNORED. WILL FOLLOW UP AFTER EBAY INR CASE. SELLER IS DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL! AVOID!!
Ebay removed this honest feedback from me earlier today for an item the seller took the money for but never shipped to me. The item has not been shipped and will never get here today. The seller also lied to me about shipping the item by saying there was a shipping delay. How could there be a shipping delay on an item that never shipped? And I ordered from him because he was close to my location. Real nice. Ebay won't let me leave honest feedback for a seller that ripped me off, and ebay is usually begging me to leave feedback and even sends me unwanted and annoying emails to leave feedback for items. The begging ebay does is at an embarrassing level. It smacks of desperation. Ebay won't give me option to receive a call from them and let me speak to someone on the phone. You can call amazon 24 hours a day with any issue you might have and speak to a rep. Maybe ebay can't afford to pay their workers to take a phone call. Obviously ebay knows it is never good news when someone wants to talk to an "agent" on the phone. Not sure why ebay play these stupid kid games for a less than $25 item. Easiest way to go would be to just resolve it before more people order from amazon and Temu and not ebay becuase there is absolutely no customer service. There is good reason ebay and amazon started out around the same time and amazon generates $575 Billion annual revenue and ebay generates a paltry $10 Billion. What a cesspool ebay has turned into. I used to be a big ebayer but now I only order when I really have to exactly because of these tactics and the shoddy treatment they give buyers. Has anyone else dealt with ebay unprofessional and underhanded tactics. Obviously if ebay removed my feedback they read it and are well aware of the situation. The mental midgets running ebay are only driving customers away. Has anybody else had a similar situation where a seller like has ripped them off an ebay has not done jack about it?

What was the estimated date of delivery for the item? Did that day already pass when you left the feedback?
If so, did you file a Refund Request through Ebay's Money Back Guarantee?
