I got scammed and have NO WAY TO CONTACT EBAY about it please help
I bought a camera for 1300 bucks off a chinese seller. The shipment (which hasnt arrived yet) is taking over a month and when I go to the help section it tells me because its over a month the buyer protection has expired. How is that possible? What is it protecting? Scammers? and the account that sold me the camera no longer exists. So how do I contact someone over at Ebay to explain this?

You have 30 days from estimated date of delivery to file a refund request.

Mentor4 months ago@inveritas1977 You should be able to file a not received refund request up to 30 days from the last estimated delivery date that is stated in your purchase history. If it is past that date then you will have to file a chargeback with your payment method.
