What is the last estimated date of arrival?
Once that day passes, you will be able to open a case for Item Not Received.
This isn’t a ‘scam’. Your money is protected for 30 days past the last estimated delivery date through eBay’s Money Back Guarantee.
You will have 180 days of protection with PayPal and your credit card company if either of these were involved in your purchase.
Again, you have not been scammed on that transaction. The post office doesn’t consider a package lost for 3 weeks.
This is the busiest time of year for all carriers. Patience will go a long way.
