I got scam
I hope eBay officials see this. On January 5th, I bought a virtual item (delivered in-game, not physically). The seller hasn't replied, and my attempts to request a refund haven't been successful; it says I have to wait until February 10th. I want to request a refund because I'm 100% certain that the shop is a scam. The description said 1-12 hour fast shipping, but now… it's January 10th… AND he marked my order as shipped!ðŸ˜

You can win a not received refund request case if the seller didn't list the item in the classified section, which MOST sellers don't for digital items.
You can file a not received refund request case win it is one day past the last estimated delivery date stated in your purchase history. NOT any timeframe the seller stated in the description.
You will not be able to win a return request case since you have nothing to mail back so the case type really matters.
