I got Ripped off
I "tried" to purchase 72 cans of 1919 Root Beer from a Seller in Chicago. They sent 11 cans. I requested a refund and received $82 of the ($216) I was owed. Yeah, I'm a dummy and got ripped off. I tried to appeal it through eBay's process and was denied appeal. Can anyone point me in a direction to get the refund I am owed? How I can contact ebay directly? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Normally when you receive something other than what you purchased we advise the following:
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.

If you cannot be satisfied through eBay you will have to file a dispute with your funding source.
