I got permantly restricted from selling on ebay
Hi I am looking for help and advice. I got an email after they told me to upload documents/invoices, that I have been permanently restricted from selling. I called and they told me there is nothing I can do, I can't appeal, and they won't tell me what I did wrong. I tried the secondary number for custromer service I have seen on some youtube videos from other people but that didn't seem to work. Im not sure what to do. Is there anything I can do or am I simply done with selling on ebay.

Did you have listings remove and if so for what reason?
Has anyone been to your home or have you been any place where someone else has a restricted account and signed on to ebay?

OP3 weeks agoI was selling pokemon and TCG boxes/cards. I have not had any listings removed. No Im pretty much the only one with ebay in my house and nobody I know has a restricted account.

What exactly did the suspension message from ebay say?
