I got completely screwed over as a seller and now I'm out $600 and I can't contact customer support
I sold an item awhile back and unfortunately the box arrived a little damaged, nothing inside was affected, just the box. The buyer asked for a return so I approved. A few days later they asked for a partial refund instead so I approved that and sent over the refund. Then they submitted a case through eBay and somehow convinced them the he should be able to get a full refund and keep the item. I got an email saying I had 30 days to discuss the outcome but it says the case is closed and I can't appeal it or even contact support about it. How is this even possible??

Thanks. This is where I started. I get a message saying "This case can't be appealed".

Contact eBay via their social media sites with a private message:
https://Facebook.com/ebay
AND-OR
https://Twitter.com/askebay
Great customer service on both
Also, even if u don't do social media, u can just open one or both accounts for eBay purposes only

OP2 years ago@stuff4divas I might have to try that out. I don't have any social media accounts, but it might be worth looking into.
