I got charged twice for an item.But only got one refund
I bought an item the other day and then canceled it and requested a refund. So the seller charge me for the item a second time and only gave me one refund and now I can't get any kind of results.I can't get through the customer service.I can't get through to anyone to take care of this. I have screenshots of it, but I don't know how to post it in here.
