I got charged some shipping fees.
Two items I have sold recently were buyer pays shipping, which they did but they didn't pay all of it and I got stuck paying the rest. Why has this happend?

Mentor1 year agoIf I understand you correctly, you had to pay shipping fees when you were the seller.
That is the correct process.
The buyer is charged shipping and that payment goes to the seller. The seller then uses those funds to purchase the label from the carrier.
If you did not charge enough to the buyers when you list the item, you need to be sure to input the correct shipping details in order to not undercharge. You can pack the item and measure and weigh the package before you list and use calculated shipping to add those details in the shipping section of the listing.
The other thing to remember is that eBay charges their Final Value Fees on the shipping charges as well as the item price, so that affects how much you get when you get your payout.
